Renaud des Rosiers is Director of Sustainability at Amy's Kitchen where he drives operational resource efficiency, renewable energy procurement, waste reduction, and diversion optimization in company operations. Beyond the four walls of the organization, he drives collaborative engagement with stakeholders across the value chain to optimize environmental impacts and navigate complex systems with a particular focus on the Food x Water x Waste nexus.

Renaud leads Amy’s long-term packaging transformation work focused on designing, qualifying, and commercializing functional circular packaging solutions. This multi-year initiative is committed to demonstrating a proof-of-concept for renewable frozen food packaging that can be emulated across the category.

Renaud also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI). He has been a member of the BPI BoD since 2018 where he advocates for the advancement of biobased/compostable packaging systems—and associated infrastructure, handling best practices, and policy development—to increase the beneficial reuse of organic materials and associated packaging.
