Aman has founded 12 ventures and advised governments and philanthropic institutions on catalytic programs, including education transformation with Dubai Cares and its global platform RewirED, early childhood moonshots and philanthropic models with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, global grand challenges programming with Expo 2020, and healthcare systems innovation with the END Fund. He also served on the SDG4 Global Council, contributing to global education policy. As co-founder of Impact Hub Dubai, he helped launch the UAE’s first social innovation hub, supporting over 1,000 entrepreneurs.
He mentors founders building game-changing ventures through platforms such as London Business School, Techstars, Founder Institute, and Creative Destruction Lab. Aman is a member of global leadership communities including YPO (North Star Chapter) and EO, has taught as adjunct faculty at NYU Abu Dhabi, and is an alumnus of both Oxford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
