Aman Merchant is a Dubai-based serial entrepreneur, strategic innovation leader, CEO coach, board advisor, futurist, and angel investor with over 25 years of experience building ventures and shaping large-scale system transformation across education, health, and climate. He is the Chief Provocateur at Radicle, a futures innovation lab that partners with bold leaders to design moonshot strategies harnessing AI, coalition-building, and systems thinking to tackle wicked problems and build radically better futures. He is also the Founder of ReimaginED Collective, MENA’s first ecosystem builder focused on EdTech and the future of work.

Aman has founded 12 ventures and advised governments and philanthropic institutions on catalytic programs, including education transformation with Dubai Cares and its global platform RewirED, early childhood moonshots and philanthropic models with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, global grand challenges programming with Expo 2020, and healthcare systems innovation with the END Fund. He also served on the SDG4 Global Council, contributing to global education policy. As co-founder of Impact Hub Dubai, he helped launch the UAE’s first social innovation hub, supporting over 1,000 entrepreneurs.

He mentors founders building game-changing ventures through platforms such as London Business School, Techstars, Founder Institute, and Creative Destruction Lab. Aman is a member of global leadership communities including YPO (North Star Chapter) and EO, has taught as adjunct faculty at NYU Abu Dhabi, and is an alumnus of both Oxford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
